One of the best places I have ever been! Fantastic location and view, 2 min walking from Crystal Clear Water Beach. The villa is so beautiful and the breakfast is 5 *. The owners are always close, friendly, and professional. Amazing garden and swimming pool!

Very relaxing place with an infinity pool and direct access to the beach, amazing venue that merged with the excellent staff gave us an unforgettable holiday. Very much appreciated breakfast was accurately prepared as well as chef service, and the daily cleaning was perfect. The staff was very empathetic and ready to satisfy each need and wish. Maybe to appreciate better the landscape I'd suggest avoiding August when the beaches are very crowded. In a few words wonderful and comfortable location made unique by the staff.

We were a group of 6 couples that shared the 2 available houses. The location was exceptional, the buildings and equipment brand new, the owners extremely polite and the overall service higher than expected. Everyday cleaning and Popi is available and willing to help us any time. Thank you and we will be back soon!!!

Amazing villas with an excellent hostess.
Situated in a beautiful place by the sea, with clear blue water and sandy beach, Akti Elia Villas provides you with all that you want for a fantastic vacation. The pool was ideal in size and our children loved it, as well as the garden where they played daily without disturbing anyone. Stylish and clean villas with all comforts and a fully equipped kitchen. The hostess was very polite and willing and she informed us on time for everything we needed to know upon our arrival.

Very lovely rooms, location, and hospitality. Rooms were cleaned every day and the amenities worked great. What I loved most was the multitude of areas to hang out (the pool, beach, upstairs garden, swing area, front yard, and more). Would love to go again :))
